By purchasing a hosting plan from PrivateHost, you agree to these terms. PrivateHost provides anti-red hosting services with a guaranteed uptime for the duration of your subscription period. All services are provided as-is with the features described in your chosen plan.
All payments are made exclusively in USDT via the TRC-20 network. Payments are non-refundable once the hosting account has been activated. The subscription period begins upon account activation, which occurs after payment verification and credential delivery.
PrivateHost guarantees that your hosted site will remain online for the full duration of your subscription period. In the event of any downtime caused by our infrastructure, we will extend your subscription accordingly. This guarantee covers infrastructure failures but does not cover issues caused by the client's own code or content.
PrivateHost operates with a strict anti-red policy. We do not comply with DMCA takedown requests or similar external pressure. However, clients are solely responsible for the legality of their content in their own jurisdiction. PrivateHost does not endorse or take responsibility for client content.
All plans include unlimited free domain changes. Domain changes are processed within 24 hours of request. Clients may request domain changes via Telegram support at any time during their subscription period.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Upon receiving your initial password, you must change it immediately. PrivateHost is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from client negligence.
Technical support is provided exclusively via Telegram. Response times are typically under 15 minutes. Support covers hosting configuration, technical issues, and account management. Support does not cover website development or content creation.
PrivateHost reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via their registered email address. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
